Medical Records

If you are a patient and have a question about your medical records, please call the WRA office location where you were seen or e-mail your question to medical records. You may also make your request for a copy of your films using this e-mail address. WRA charges a fee, which includes postage, for mailing your films. Please include a phone number in your e-mail where you may be contacted about your medical records request and to make payment arrangements. Thank you.
